SmartSCM is configured to how you move freight, so a published price list would be a guess. Here is exactly what a quote is built from, and how quickly you can get one.

We don't publish a price list yet. A ten-truck brokerage and a 3PL with an agent network are not the same system, and pricing them as though they were would be a fiction. Tell us how you operate and you'll get a written number.

What moves the number.
Nothing here is a surprise at signature. We work these out with you before anything is written down, and the proposal separates one-off work from what you pay monthly.
- Scope
- Which parts of the lifecycle you run in SmartSCM — quoting, planning, tendering, tracking, settlement — and which modes you move.
- People
- How many dispatchers, agents and finance users. An agent booking a few loads a week is not priced like a dispatcher who lives in the system.
- Integrations
- How many customers and carriers you exchange data with, and over which interfaces — EDI, API, load boards, rating engines, your accounting system.
- Custom development
- Anything genuinely unique to you that sits outside standard platform configuration. Quoted separately, and you own it.
- Volume
- Shipment and document volume, because that is what drives the hosting underneath.
- Setup
- Migrating your customers, carriers, lanes and rates, configuring the workflow and training the desk — a one-off, stated separately from the subscription.
